Yes, there are two paintings here.  My newest poppy paintings.  I have been wanting to paint poppies on this long format because it just seemed so appropriate.  I really like the way they turned out and I actually have three of these ( 8 "x 16").  They are acrylic paintings on canvas.  I will be showing them at my reception at Franklin & Co. Fine Jewelers tomorrow night from 6 - 8.  I hope that the weather on First Friday is as nice as it has been lately, because the Georgetown Square is so pretty this time of year.  I hope to see lots of friends!
