Paperwhites By The Window is another new piece that began awhile ago in a workshop.  It is done on Yupo paper, which is a sheet of paper plastic created for paintings.  It is fun to work on and much different from traditional watercolor paper.  I love the softness along with the patterns and textures.  I really want to do more work on this interesting paper!

In Golden Pond is a mixed media painting (mostly acrylics) that I did a while back.  I enjoyed the process and the colors so I thought I would share it again.  I am thinking that I need to revisit this medium.  I think I have changed this one a little since this photo was taken, so I will have to update the photo.

I thought I would see how "Forbidden Fruits" looks.  I have taken this piece to Stinger Studio.

My new floral is as much about glass as the white lilies that dominate.  I am always interested in negative shapes and transparency.   

This painting is all about warm whites.  I wanted to make shapes and values the dominant elements to take this floral to a different place.  This painting needs a little more work.  I will post it again soon.
