It looks like you are getting off to a good start!
Blogging is a great way to get yourself out there... And all the words that you type are searchable through google. I love to blog! Sometimes, I think that no one reads my blog, but then I'll be at a meeting and people make a reference to it. It's a great marketing tool.
Nancy, You have beautiful work and I think that this will help you gather fans all over the place.
Nancy, This is one of the most beautiful poppy paintings I have ever seen! Gorgeous. I am new to blogging, too. I hope I get a chance to see this painting in the flesh, soon. Are you a WWG member? This would be a great entry into our Spring Show. Looks like a winner to me.
Thank you. I am a WWG member, but these two paintings have homes for the next couple months. They will probably be back in the fall, but I will be painting lots between now and then.

Nancy Brandt Brown has been painting for many years and is best known for her transparent watercolors. She enjoys painting in her Georgetown, Texas studio, where she spends hours painting everything from figures and flowers to fish, exploring movement through organic shapes, vibrant colors and interesting textures. She continues to work in watercolor, but works in acrylic also.

I am so happy that you visited my blog. It is fun, and I am looking forward to using it a lot.
Sue helped me feel comfortable with it, but I am still learning. I'd always rather be in my studio.
Thanks for your encouragement.
